The children enjoyed their special treat today with Anthony Pedley visiting the school to perform the story of the BFG. Anthony played the part of the loveable,whizzpopping giant in the original stage production of The BFG. He was really funny and engaging. The children especially loved when he did the Whizpop!
In the afternoon P4-7 children had the opportunity to experience 'A Taste of Dahl' which explores the writer's early life and influences, his style of writing and how he created his best known characters. The children also enjoyed a question and answer session. Thank you to Anthony for visiting our school!
