P4 have spent all term learning about different types of houses at home and from different countries.
They were very excited to be asked to help decorate a window display in a local estate agents, as they learn about the role of an estate agent. One of our parents, who is an estate agent, asked the children to paint small wooden houses and they had great fun doing so. The houses are now on display in Magherafelt.
A huge thank you to Mrs Pickering for organising this for us and for the prize for best house!
The children hope if you pass by the window you will enjoy looking at their houses.
The pupils also learnt about the role of an estate agent and created their own estate agency brochures after studying many different examples in class and looking at the language used.
