Mrs Gamble has decided to retire from her teaching position at Woods P.S after 23 years of service in the school. She has been a dedicated and conscientious member of the teaching staff and senior leadership team.
Parents and governors marked the occasion with a number of gifts for her to treasure including a watch, a necklace, flowers, cake and a voucher. The P4 children had shared a poem they had composed with the help of Mrs Lorna Patterson on Prize Day. It was a special tribute to Mrs Gamble. We all wish her a healthy and happy retirement.
