Mental Health Workshops

Our P6 and P7 classes have recently had the opportunity to learn about the importance of protecting their mental health and emotional well-being. Each class spent a day participating in active activities to help them realise how important it is to talk about their feelings and take 5 steps to healthy minds!  Talk to your child about the five ways to keep us healthy! They are important messages for us all!
