Our girls' hockey team had an outstanding performance at the annual Tri-County Tournament in Cookstown, showcasing their skills and teamwork in the lovely dry weather. They dominated the group stages, topping the table with impressive victories. The Woods team continued their winning streak in the semi-final and drew 1-1 in the final, which led to run-ins. We extend our congratulations to Orritor Primary School on their success.
A huge well done to our girls for their excellent display of determination and teamwork throughout the tournament. Special thanks to Mrs Nicholl for her support in transporting the team to and from the venue, and for treating the girls to a well-deserved meal at McDonalds afterwards.
