We all enjoyed meeting the staff and students from Sports Academy School, George, South Africa. They led our school assembly and then took some of the KS2 classes for some fun games and dances. Woods pupils had great fun learning the new dances and finding out some facts about their lives in South Africa. We were amazed to learn they started school at 7am everyday, and didn’t get home until nearly 6 pm!
We also enjoyed seeing a video of their daily routine. Thank you for visiting our school. We hope that the money we raised for your school will be useful and that you all enjoy the rest of your time in Northern Ireland.
