P6 have been taking part in the Fight to Thrive programme in school this term and have thoroughly enjoyed their weekly sessions with ‘Wee Stevie’. Throughout the programme, Stevie has been teaching the children important strategies for understanding and managing their emotions, persevering when things feel challenging, and finding strength and confidence from within. Through stories, discussions and practical activities, pupils explored how small mindset changes can make a big difference to their wellbeing. The sessions have been uplifting, engaging, and full of valuable life lessons — and P6 looked forward to them every week.
