The Dairy Council visited P5 and P6 and explained to the children the importance of having a balance diet, making sure they eat the right foods and the right quantity of them, getting enough exercise and staying hydrated.
The talk was very informative and the children all learned a lot of useful information. Thank you Aaron for the presentation and booklets.
