We enjoyed a special assembly to mark the Coronation of King Charles III and took time to look at the cardboard tube mascots, made by the children, of the King, Queen Camilla, members of the royal family and even the corgis!
Everyone went to great efforts to look their best on this special school day. We were very impressed to hear the P7 poem written for the coronation and delighted that it was placed first in a Mid Ulster poetry competition- very well done P7!
The children enjoyed a special themed lunch and garden games. Thank you to all staff for planning such a memorable day for everyone at Woods. We hope our whole school community will enjoy the bank holiday weekend.
